Inspired by Michigan Wine country’s enchanting landscapes, this innovative two-hour class alongside the renowned Michigan artist Stephanie Schlatter captures on canvas the feelings you encounter soaking in all the magical beauty of the vineyard—all while tasting the wine that grows here on Leelanau Peninsula! Join the incredibly talented, down-to-earth Stephanie as she teaches several starting points to creating a successful painting, so you leave feeling confident in knowing how to approach a given landscape. This class will briefly explore perspective, composition and mood of a given art work so you can start to identify your own voice in painting, or grow the one you already have. $60 per person, includes all supplies and five tastings of your choice of featured Leelanau wines. Additional full-glass pours will be available for purchase. All levels (beginner through advanced) welcome!
