Please fill out the form below to submit your package. We will reply with any additional details. After you submit a package, you may use your “back” button to submit a package for other dates! Please include square-sized photos or images that can be cropped into a square.
Approximately a week prior to the event, we will request your guests’ names and let you know which winery they should start at, where they will check in by giving their names. You will be billed following the event for the number of package tickets you sell.
Lodging Participation Agreement
As a participant in our lodging package program, you agree to forward all ticket revenue monies received for all events to the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail within 10 business days of the event. Any delay may result in not being included in the next event. Consistent delays may result in not being included in the next year’s brochure, website and iPhone and Android apps.

- Sips & Soups – tickets: $35 each
- Taste the Passion – tickets: $40 each
- Sips, Chips & Dips – tickets: $25 each
- Rosé All May (May 1-31) – tickets: $20 each
- Spring Sip & Savor – tickets: $40 each
- Harvest Stompede – tickets: $40 each
- Hunt for the Reds of October (Weekdays in October) – tickets: $20 each
- Toast the Season – tickets: $50 each
- Premium Pour (Black Friday – 1-31) – tickets: $30 each
