On the Road: Wine and Dine with Black Star Farms

Black Star Farms 13Kellogg Center, East Lansing – Feb. 12, 7pm, $65
Join Black Star Farms' winemaker, Lee Lutes, as he partners with State Room chefs to prepare an elegant four-course dinner, showcasing Northern Michigan's world-class wines. Register by calling 517-432-5049.

Red Ginger Restaurant, Traverse City – Feb.14, $15
Stop by Red Ginger between 2-4 p.m. and treat your Valentine to some local wines and chocolates. BSF winemaker, Lee Lutes will be there along with Mimi Wheeler from Grocer's Daughter Chocolates, Larry Mawby from L. Mawby Vineyards and Bryan Ulbrich from Left Foot Charley. Space is limited. Boyne Highlands, Boyne City – Feb. 17, 6pm, $40
Join winemaker Lee Lutes and other local winemakers for a dinner featuring Michigan Wines at the Olympic Room at Boyne Highlands' Main Lodge. Reservations are required and seating is limited to 24. Please call the Main Dining Room at 231.526.3059 for reservations.

Webster's Restaurant, Kalamazoo – Feb. 21, 6pm, $70
Webster's at the Radisson Hotel in Kalamazoo will host a dinner featuring Black Star Farms' wines. Winemaker Lee Lutes will be on hand to describe the wines and the pairings. For reservations, contact Webster's at 269.343.4444.
