Silver Leaf Vineyard will be introducing its Ice Wine "Sip & Savor" weekend, May 2nd & 3rd

Debuting on Spring Sip & Savor weekend this Ice Wine is made from 100% Vidal Blanc fruit that was harvested at 37 Brix at a sustained temperature of 16 degrees Fahrenheit. The wine has 15% residual sugar, a velvety smooth mouth feel and very soft finish with flavors of Apricots and Peaches.
